Game cards
BINGO-2-GO game cards are sold for play at events. Purchasing online reserves your cards; physical cards are handed to you at the event when your purchase QR code or pickup code is redeemed. Age restrictions may apply at the venue.
Loyalty points
Points are a loyalty reward with no cash value. They do not entitle you to complimentary cards or free game entry. Card points are awarded when cards are redeemed at the event, not at the time of payment. Refunded purchases have their related points reversed.
Monthly leaderboard and grand prize
Monthly points reset at the start of each month in the BINGO-2-GO business timezone. If two players finish with the same total, the player who reached that total first ranks higher. The monthly grand prize is announced on the Grand Prize page. Winners must claim the prize in their player account by the 5th of the following month; unclaimed prizes are handled under the forfeiture rules shown at claim time.
Refunds and cancellations
If an event is cancelled, purchased cards for that event are refunded to the original payment method. Unredeemed card purchases can be refunded on request before the event. Redeemed cards are not refundable. Private and corporate bookings follow the payment, deposit and cancellation terms stated on your quote.
Communications
Transactional messages about your purchases, events and prize claims are part of the service. Marketing email and SMS require your consent and can be turned off at any time in your communication preferences.
